Idea and target of this training

This training supports you in your first 100 days as a team leader, no matter whether you are in that position for the first time or not. It will enable you to ask the right questions, to analyse your environment and to develop strategies for communicating expectations you have of your new team and department, and for implementing your own leadership style. It will help you to avoid typical mistakes made by new managers. You will focus on vital success factors for your first 100 days, e.g. the importance of your predecessor, group dynamics, rivalry with other departments etc. During the course of the training you will develop your own roadmap to success.
